Minddrive Charity Auction/KC Auto Show

Join Us For Dinner and An Evening At the Auto Show

Thursday March 8th members of the Kansas City Chapter of the BMW Car Club of America will be attending the first annual MindDrive dinner and silent auction, "Paving the Way", to be held at Bartle Hall. After the dinner and auction attendees will be admitted to the show floor of the Kansas City Auto Show.

MindDrive is a Kansas City Based automotive mentoring program that inspires at-risk youth through automotive engineering. The students receive engineering and social mentoring from area experts as they build 21st century dream machines.  MindDrive has converted two Indy cars to electric operation and has tested at the Texas Bridgestone/Firestone test facility, setting an EV record 440 MPG equivalent. The car has been displayed at the Guggenheim Museum and at Kansas City's own 'Art of the Car' Concour d'Elegance.

It promises to be a delightful evening for the Kansas City auto enthusiasts who attend MINDDRIVE’s fund raising event, “Paving the Way”, at Bartle Hall’s Great Ballroom during the Kansas City Auto Show on March 8th, from 6:00 – 8:00 PM. The ticket price is $60 which includes dinner and admittance to the auto show. A ticket including a pre-dinner VIP reception is $75.
